After the overwhelming popularity of previous events Sunderland Software City’s DSDM course - organised by Codeworks and delivered by Keith Richards Consulting – returns for a fourth time from September 13 to 15 at the County Thistle Hotel Newcastle
Aimed at North East software companies DSDM Atern is an agile approach to project management that baselines requirements at a high level on an assumption of unpredictability, allowing a focus on adaptability to meet changing business requirements, and:
• Saves time through an earlier project start
• Saves money through reduced rework
• Reduces risk by exposing product features early
DSDM Atern understands that projects and risks are not sufficiently predictable to be managed through complex up-front planning and that adaptability is the key to on-time delivery.
By using DSDM Atern you will increase time-to-market, client satisfaction and team productivity while decreasing cost overruns.
The three-day course usually costs over £1000 but is available through Sunderland Software ity for just £299 +VAT (with an additional fee for taking an optional exam at the course’s conclusion).
